how can I memorise Quran faster?
Assalamu Aleikum. im finding it quite hard to memorise Quran fast or even at a normal pace. To give you some context Im 19 and I have memorised 3 juz, I try to stay consistent in memorising some Quran daily usually at around 9pm when I finish eating dinner and finish my studies, but after 1-2 hours I only end up memorising 1/4 of a page (1/2 on a good day). Could you give me some advice on how I can memorise the Quran faster?

Masha Allah you have memorised 3 Juz, may Allah help you memorise the entire Quran with ease insha Allah. my advise to you for memorising Quran quicker and easier is 1: Memorise Quran in the morning. memorising Quran in the morning (even before you eat breakfast if you can) is very helpful and beneficial because your mind is clear and fresh, there is no brain fog in the morning and your brain has no stress from studies or the challenges of this world yet, even outside the memorisation of Quran, people tell you to study in the morning. 2. memorise it bit by bit. you might memorise Quran early in the morning, but if you don't slow it down and memorise bit by bit, then you are essentially ruining your efforts of memorising Quran early not being slow and steady. this may sound obvious but you'll be surprised how many people don't memorise verses bit by bit. memorise sentence by sentence, and if you feel overwhelmed, then memorise word by word, some things in life can be done quicker but at the same time cannot be rushed 3. listen to a sheikh on your device while reciting. listen to a sheikh that you like while reciting, this helps you stick the verses into your head. think about this, how do you think you remember soo many verses from songs even if you don't listen to music? Its because your mind manages to memorise things that sound good much easier than things that sound normal/boring.
