DirayaDeen is an online platform that connects students with teachers for Arabic language, Quran, and Islamic studies education. Our services include:

  • One-to-one online lessons
  • Group classes
  • Family learning sessions
  • Free trial lessons

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Types

  • Student Accounts: For learners seeking Arabic, Quran, or Islamic studies education
  • Teacher Accounts: For qualified educators offering their teaching services

4. Booking and Payments

Lesson Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to teacher confirmation
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Lesson times are displayed in your selected timezone

Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking (except for free trial lessons)
  • Prices are displayed in USD
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the lesson: Full refund or credit
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
  • Teacher cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling option

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or teachers
  • Share inappropriate content during lessons
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform to arrange payments directly with teachers
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers using our platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their qualifications
  • Conduct lessons professionally and punctually
  • Maintain appropriate conduct with all students
  • Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DirayaDeen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

DirayaDeen provides a platform connecting students and teachers. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality or content of lessons provided by teachers
  • Any disputes between students and teachers
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Is harmful to other users or teachers
  • Is harmful to us or third parties

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
